Understand your own 'AQ' score

Your AQ Ability. You can think of these as five muscle groups you can develop to grow your Adaptability. In AQ these show up as % scores, with Red/Amber/Green status colors, for Mental Flexibility, Unlearn, Mindset, Grit and Resilience.

Your AQ Character. These factors reflect your preferred styles of operating. You can think of these as your preferred exercise movements to develop your 'Ability' muscle groups. Your preferences are shown along five continuums: Emotional Range, Extraversion, Hope, Motivation Style and Thinking Style.    

Your AQ Environment. Here we gain % scores (and Red/Amber/Green status) for five factors that reflect your perceptions of the environment within which you operate. Think of this as the gym you attend to exercise your adaptability muscle groups. The AQ Environment factors are: Company Support, Emotional Health, Team Support, Work Environment and Work Stress.

WORKSHOP 2 
Your Individual Adaptability Development Plans (based on Qualitative data)

You and each of your team members discover your own Personal AQ Score, Sub-scores and SWOT Analysis based on the confidential QUALITATIVE data generated as part of this Workshop.  

Receive a 90 min 1:1 Debrief & consultation on-line. Identify a simple, powerful development plan to grow your Adaptability muscles, capabilities and skills. 

Appreciate how different factors interact. This will multiply the impact of what you choose to improve.  

Team Debrief. Receive a Team-level Debrief highlighting the QUALITATIVE data findings from this Workshop. This is an important enhancement to the QUANTITATIVE data SWOT Findings in Workshop 1. All findings are non-attributable to individuals.

 
Leverage adaptability as part of your Personal Change journey

Leverage 'Scared So What', the world's first system and Model for Personal Change. In Workshop 2 we will leverage the 'Scared So What' Model to help us to take ownership of our situation.  

Growing our Adaptability muscles will make the risky business of 'taking ownership' more personally sustainable. One of the challenges of leading ourselves and influencing others effectively is the uncertainty of where, how and on what terms we're leading. Workshops 3-7 

These Workshops are the 'How' of 'leading tough change without getting eaten alive'. The tools and habits introduced and practiced here are what cause the shifts in your quality of life: experiencing greater leadership impact, achieving more with less, and having less uncertainty, anxiety and work stress. 

The tools and techniques taught and practiced in Workshops 3-7 are all research-informed and proven in the real world.
