Who's behind 12 Bear Secrets?

The 12bearsecrets system was established by husband and wife team David & Hazel Santineer, who are glad to be working with a great team of guest presenters. 
 

David Santineer (Co-Founder and Lead Facilitator)

David has led high-performing, and also misfiring teams, in the private, public and third sectors. 

His consultancy work has ranged from multi-£Bn impacts affecting millions of people, to assisting small, local not-for-profits. 

David is Certified to deliver the team level of AQ (Adaptability Quotient) and Scared So What consultancy. He's also an alumnus of the Oxford Scenarios Programme (to handle uncertainty) and other high-impact leadership programmes.

Hazel Santineer (Co-Founder and Quality Assurance)

Hazel is a mathematician by background. 

She has spent many years organizing upskilling events as part of a national STEM program in the UK. 

In 12 Bear Secrets Hazel uses her Maths and education background to make Workshop experiences enjoyable, memorable and effective.  

Hazel is a Maths & Education graduate of the University of Loughborough.
